My name is Chef Emily Del Greco Campion and I am raising funds to travel to the Ukraine as a volunteer to help the Children's Hospital in Stryi. I am joining James Beard Winner Chef Brandon Chrostowski of Edwin's Leadership and Restaurant Institute and Iryna Karpinska in their purpose driven journey that will leave a lasting impact on the community as they return for the 4th year.

Proceeds fund urgent repairs and renovations at the Children's Hospital.

50% goes to the hospital for repairs, renovations, and life saving improvements.

25% goes to travel such as lodgings, meals, and transportations.

25% goes to cultural experiences.

I'm joining this cause to raise awareness, show solidarity, and further share the stories of resilience, bravery, and passion. Working with Chef Brandon has inspired me to step outside my comfort zone and make a meaningful impact, both personally and professionally.
