I have been blessed with the opportunity to speak at a conference in March that will have over 800 middle school and high school kids and I couldn't be more excited! The conference is called GearUp4Success and takes place in Flint, Michigan. They bring in a wide variety of speakers to share different messages with the kids. My message that I want to share is how we all go through tough times and life isn't perfect, but what matters is that you ask for help during those lows, and use tools and resources that are around you to help get yourself back to a healthy and positive place!

Luckily enough, I created one of those tools that I believe can make such a difference with these kid. That tool is a journal for girls and a playbook for boys. They are both the same concept, but just have different designs so they appeal to both. 

The journal/playbook is 21 days long because that's how long it takes to make a habit. Each day is filled with positive and uplifting activities and they fill out those activities every single day for 21 days, and by the end they will naturally start to feel more confident, positive and happy! It's pretty awesome! The daily activities include gratitude, disconnecting, muscles & mindset, acts of kindness, journaling and self reflection. My dream is to be able to give each one of these kids a journal/playbook so they have a tool that they can use to help them see the good in themselves, in others and keep them in a healthy and happy place!
