Hi, I’m the grandmother and Josslynn is my youngest of 11 grandkids. She experienced a brachial plexus injury during birth and has a nonfunctional arm. The doctors have waited to see if any movement would return with time. There is a little movement in her 4th & 5th fingers and her shoulder is becoming contracted because of no movement. She is being referred to a surgeon in Philadelphia. My son and daughter in law must take off work, travel from Memphis, and not sure what else is in store for them to get what Josslynn needs to fix her arm. I’m asking for financial help for them to seek medical help. Brachial Plexus injuries are rare and only treated surgically by a few specialized neuro surgeons.
