Help 10 Year Old Boy & His Father from Gaza - Urgent Eye Triple Surgery & Elbow Surgery

My name is Ahmad from North Gaza - Jabalia. I am 35 years old, married and a father of a 10-year-old boy.

I am pleading for your help for me and my son. We both need urgent surgeries outside Gaza.

ABOUT MY SON (10 YEARS OLD)

My son is 10 years old. He has a severe disability in his right elbow. He can only move it 20-30 degrees. He cannot bend his arm to write at school, to eat, or to play with other children. He lives in pain and his childhood is stolen. Doctors said he needs a specialized orthopedic surgery that is not available in Gaza.

ABOUT ME (THE FATHER):

In 2014 I had a cornea transplant (PKP) in my left eye. Now the graft has failed.

My official diagnosis from the Eye Hospital - Ministry of Health (Report date 09/09/2025)

LE Graft Failure + Traumatic Aniridia + Aphakia.

My vision in the left eye is only hand motion at 20cm. My right eye is 6/9.

I urgently need a triple surgery outside Gaza

1. Re-do PKP (Repeat Cornea Transplant)

2. Artificial Iris Implant (because I have aniridia)

3. IOL Lens Implant (because I have aphakia - no lens)

This triple procedure (PKP + Artificial Iris + IOL) is complex, expensive, and NOT available in Gaza. The cornea and artificial iris must come from an eye bank outside.

We have no income due to the war. The hospitals in Gaza are destroyed. We cannot afford the cost of surgeries, travel, eye bank costs, and medicine.

GOAL: 20,000 Euro will cover

1. Triple eye surgery for the father (Cornea + Artificial Iris + Lens)

2. Orthopedic elbow surgery for my 10-year-old son

3. Travel outside Gaza, eye bank costs, and post-surgery medication & physiotherapy

Even 5 or 10 Euro will bring us closer to saving my eye and my son's arm.
