Joslee is a rescued Bahamian Potcake pupperz,

that was unfortunately a victim of a hit and run.

This situation has left her paralyzed and unable to use her back legs. 

I think what stands out most about Joslee is, that she is so joyful, tender and loving despite everything she has gone through while on the streets of Bahamas. She just has such a magnetic personality. You’re drawn into her sweetness.

Now that Joslee was rescued, she will be in an amazing doting foster home, with Steffi.

Steffi has dedicated her life and heart into saving, helping, along with spay and neutering animals in Bahamas. Joslee will be in heaven, while in the care of Steffi.

In the months to follow, Joslee will begin both heartworm and lazer treatment, to aid with her possible walking or some use of her back legs again. We will be documenting all the milestones along the way.

Making her strong enough to have her first photo together with her awaiting FURever family. 

Her cold dark past, DOESN'T define, who she is.

Joslee's resilience and determination of wanting to live and to be loved, is her drive to do better. Leaving the nightmare behind her. I don't want for Joslee to initially struggle in her foster or FURever family with feeling like she needs to be PAWfect. (she already is) 

I don't want for her to be afraid of making mistakes,’ like a piddle on the floor. I don't want for Joslee to think that if she messes up something bad might happen and she wouldn’t get to stay.

Joslee deserves nothing but the best, and to be with HER family.

In order to do that, we must ensure that she is healthy, both physically and mentally.

Heartworm treatment is as high as $350.00 US PER shot of Immiticide ( she will require 2 shots) plus the Lazer treatment is $60.00 US PER session, she will need at least 5 sessions.
