The friends of the Holmbergs wanted to help support the family, during this incredibly trying time of losing not only a beloved daughter, but dear sister and friend.
Knowing that Todd and Julie in their ever humble nature would never ask for any help in this regard. We have taken it upon ourselves to set up a fund as we’ve had an outpouring of generosity from those who know, care about and love this family as to how they can financially show their support.
So if you feel inclined to give in any amount. This is a way to do so. We also have a Venmo account set up. If you would rather use this option, the account for that is @Julie-Holmberg-3.
Your prayers, and healing energy are especially welcome as well.
In the words of Todd, “We want to thank all of you who have reached out to us during this time of sorrow and pain in accepting our daughter Josi's moving on to the next part of her soul journey, in this present next chapter of her life. You have helped us and made a positive heart felt difference. Inevitably at some point this present uncomfortable, often fearful, generally fought against at all costs, and almost always non desirable portion of our journeys is something we all must face in our own individual lives, and in the lives of those we love. We did not anticipate this, this was completely unexpected, we are angry, sad, in a state of shock, disbelief, denial, but we are so aware that this is very real, and we are grieving deeply. We are not at a point of offering a worthy, respectful, honoring, tribute for her. In many ways to us she outshone the sun, and this world was not large enough to fulfill or contain her. When seasons change and new warmth comes, we will offer something more fitting in a tribute and celebration. It will be a family, friend, community, fellowship, focusing on her bright, loving, inclusive, passionate light, that beamed from her radiantly and shone onto others whom she met and interacted with. The future event will be blessed, a little wild, upbeat, secular, sacred, and somehowv still be considered a reverent occasion. It will be a time for reflections, joys, memories, gratitude, thanksgiving, tears, laughter, and sharing with Josi and all of us who knew (know) and loved (love) her.”
Your consideration and thoughts towards the Holmbergs is deeply appreciated. Please feel free to share.
