Joshua Salmoiraghi is a 3-year-old who has just been diagnosed with Stage IV cancer of the kidney. He is undergoing treatment at Miller Children's hospital in Long Beach, CA.
Treatment will start with surgery (June 19th) and may include chemotherapy and radiation depending on the outcome of the surgery.
These funds will be given to the family to use for whatever expenses may arise due to Joshua's condition. The family has shared that Joshua's medical treatment is covered through military insurance. They are asking for prayer.
However, there are a lot of unpreventable expenses that will arise such as travel, meals on the road, babysitters, time off from work, etc.
Joshua, his parents Joseph and Amanda, and his older brothers Timothy and Benjamin live in San Pedro, CA, where Amanda is stationed in the Air Force. Joseph is a pastor, church planter, and currently pursuing his M.Div. at Gateway Seminary.
