Joshua is usually a pretty happy guy! Unfortunately, he's had health challenges since shortly after he was born, and they just seem to keep growing. A few weeks ago, he was diagnosed with breathing problems that require full-time oxygen, as well as swallowing problems that require special feeding support. Unfortunately, he caught Norovirus and after a week at home in the care of his pediatrician, he had to go back to the hospital. He's had more testing, and will now need to come home with a feeding tube. They are doing more tests to see if there is a bigger issue causing all of this as well.

As you can imagine, every part of this journey has been draining for Chase and Emily. They have more medical expenses in his first 5 months than most families face in a child's lifetime, and those just keep growing with every test and procedure.
