In Memory of Joshua Couture

My childhood best friend tragically lost her husband on November 7, 2023. Josh was cherished as a father, husband, son, brother, and friend. Josh was beloved member of the Ju Jitsu and Hardcore/Metal music communities. He is survived by his wife (Ellie), daughter (Ella), and infant son (Gunnar). Josh was an irreplaceable part of their family and it is my hope that with this fund we can ease the burden for her during this terrible time. After his son was born last year, Ellie reduced her hours part-time as a NICU nurse and Josh became the primary breadwinner of the home so Ellie could be a mother to their child. The funds from this memorial will go directly to Ellie for expenses, support, and security for the family until she begins the long journey of healing from her loss. Costs for cremation has amounted to $3,500, so any amount helps. My condolences go out to the family, friends, and loved ones who were touched by Josh's light.
