Joshua Brandon woke up on the 1st of October 2019 with a horrible migraine. We rushed him to Baylor Scott and White Plano where we were told he had an 8 mm tumor on his ocipital lobe. It had to be removed immediately. He woke up in good spirits and blew away the doctors expectations of recovery. How ever after getting back the pathology results it has been found that the mass is cancerous, a grade 4 glioma. Due to his age they are hopeful that he has more of a Fighting chance. After a week of being home he decided he wanted to get back to work only to be told he was no longer employed as a teacher after being told his job would be waiting for him after recovery. Any donations will go twords keeping our apartment and transportation to and from his chemo and radiation treatments as my car is completely out of commission.
