On Monday evening, Joshua Coker’s life was turned upside down when he was involved in a serious motorcycle accident on his way home. He was struck by a vehicle, resulting in a devastating injury—his heel was crushed (medically known as a calcaneus fracture). Due to the severity of the injury, Josh had to be airlifted to Jackson, Mississippi, where he now faces the possibility of multiple surgeries or even the amputation of his left foot.

Josh is a hardworking single father raising his 7-year-old daughter. He was working two jobs to support them, but now, with this unexpected and life-altering injury, doctors are uncertain of what all will come of this
