Hi, my name is Sue Spencer and I am fundraising for my nephew Joshua Crew.

Joshua is 38 years old, a husband and father to 2 amazing boys (16 & 13 years old) and he has just been delt some devastating news again!!

You see... in 2021 Josh was diagnosed with breast cancer which seen him have a mastectomy and endure 8 weeks of chemotherapy and 4 weeks radiation.

Then in 2023 he was diagnosed with breast cancer again resulting in another mastectomy.

As if this wasn't enough for this beautiful family to endure Joshua has now in 2025 been diagnosed with Leukaemia, this means Josh will be in The Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney for the next 6 months (over 4 hours away from his family).
