On February 1st, 2018, Josh was admitted to Memorial Hospital in Savannah, Georgia due to a very serious case of pneumonia which he acquired from the flu. He was placed on life support and in an induced coma for a week, which has been a complete rollercoaster ride. 
Thankfully, Josh has made great progress and was taken off of the ventilator on February 7th! We are so grateful that he survived and thank all of you for your thoughts, prayers, and well wishes! Josh will still need outpatient rehabilation due to muscle atrophy and is still suffering from cognitive problems that can take several months to heal. He also needs someone to be with him around the clock.
Cyndi has had the fortune of having her sister, my mom, and my dad to help her, but my mom has to go back to Ohio this week and her sister and my dad also have to go back to work. Any additional help would be greatly appreciated during this time.
