Josh Rich Eagle Project

My name is Joshua Rich a current Life Scout with Troop 218 in Oak Creek, WI working towards my Eagle Rank.  I have chosen as my Eagle Project to modify the existing monument sign for the Oak Creek Salvation Army Church and Community Center.  I have chosen this project because by doing so they won’t have to take from their budget that normally goes to helping many families they serve.  This project consists of the replacement of the base of the monument sign, major modifications and improvements to the sign, including a new LED display, and a landscape block ring with flowers in the inside perimeter. The estimated project cost is around $34,000. I’m prepared for this huge challenge and realize it will require a lot of hard work on my part. With the support of my family, friends, troop, businesses, and community, I believe this project will be successful based on its merit.
