Some of you may not know but my husband was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer in December. Surgery was off the table for him due to lack of lung function. In February he started radiation and chemo. Five days a week radiation and one day a week chemo. We do know the tumor did get smaller and his lower left lung did re-inflate. Now after 6 weeks he got rescanned. Unfortunately he was told he need more chemo and it will be stronger. This round has been very hard on him and he has had a lot of pain. He struggles doing some of the simplest things. But he still keeps pushing and fighting. We are not sure what step we will be taking next. We are looking into holistic treatments along with working will his current team of doctors.
Unfortunately, with Josh out
of work and doctors not releasing him for work anytime soon things are financially hurting. Medical bills, living expenses and back to school looming is adding up.
We would be very grateful for any support. We were not expecting this as no one really does. But we know in our heart that he will pull through and fight this and win.
Josh, our children and I would like to thank everyone for the prayers(we truly fell them)and all the support we have been given. Life is a gift, treasure it and appreciate it always.
