Josh needs dental surgery

So recently I took the initiative to have my mouth checked out. I haven't always had the best teeth and they've needed some love. But after going to the dentist it has been brought to my attention that indeed multiple dental surgeries in order to restore my mouth to full health again. Obviously this is very costly and honestly I have no idea if I'll be able to even get anything done without any help so here I am asking you to give me a chance to be able to smile again.
