My name is Chris Robertson (Robbo), I am reaching out to my community, friends, work colleagues and businesses for your support.
On Monday 17 December 2018, my work mate and dear friend Josh Leyser had tragically passed away at the early age of 31. The news of Josh's sudden passing has spread quickly leaving those who knew him in shock and deeply saddened.
Josh was an out going, fun loving person with a heart of gold, he was always full of life and was the kind of man who would go out of his way to help anyone in need without an expectation for anything in return, but first and foremost Josh was a loving and caring father to his only child 9 year old Penny Jean, even though they were countries apart their bond was strong.
Members of Josh's family will fly to Perth Western Australia in early January 2019 for a few days then they will travel with Josh back to his home town of Cromwell New Zealand where he will be laid to rest on Friday January 11th 2019. The family has requested that those who can attend his funeral, in lieu of flowers a donation may be left at the Service, all donations will be kindly appreciated and will go into a Trust for Penny’s Future.
I have created this page for those who cannot attend the service but would like to show their support and donate towards the trust fund. All the funds raised on this page will be transferred to and managed by Josh's family and Penny's mother Alica.
Together, we can help ease the financial burden that comes with an unexpected loss like this and help secure a brighter future for his little angel Penny.
