My name is Darren.

I'm raising money for my friend Josh. Last year Josh (39) was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer, this is a rare and aggressive cancer with metastasis to his liver, lymph nodes and peritoneum. Josh has required surgery since, which has resulted in him having to have a stoma fitted. Everything Josh has gone through, sadly the cancer itself is inoperable and incurable.

With everything Josh and his family have gone through, I'd like to raise more than 1k. Ideally I'd like to raise as much money as possible to help them by shaving my hair off. This may not sound massive but for Josh and myself, our hair was one of the many reason we became friends, that along with football and music. We have had a few drunken nights out and been blamed for something the other has done because of our hair and similar looks. I joked about shaving it off before and he told me off as we are hair twins.

The Date will be the 18th July when I will shaving off the mane.
