Donation protected
- Funds are needed for a vehicle and future medical bills.
- Thursday night. November 9th,Josh Nielsen, a well known Williamsburg delivery driver and his wife Christi Nielsen, editor of a Williamsburg cummunity newsletter, were taking a break and went for a walk in Colonial Williamsburg. While they were walking they noticed several disturbances via apps on their phones that something was wrong with their car. They returned to where they had parked and found their vehicle engulfed in flames. In a effort to get Christi's laptop out Josh suffered 2nd and possible 3rd degrees burns on his right hand. He was taken by ambulance to the Riverside Hospital for treatment.
- Josh and Christi's vehicle, a Toyota Camry, was a complete loss. Items in the vehicle included groceries, tools, jackets and valuable paperwork. They are also facing more medical and surgical bills as Josh us treated for his burns.
- Their family are trying to help but Josh's immediate lives in Iowa and Christi is from Connecticut
