Josh & Amanda's Home Burned Down - Recovery Help

Hi friends, family, coworkers, and good samaritans - first off, Josh, Amanda, and the dogs are safe. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for their house and everything in it.

During the Palisades Fire here in LA this past week, Josh & Amanda were forced to evacuate while their home literally burned to the ground. While they're uninjured and currently have a temporary place to stay, the road to recovery is long, overwhelming, and expensive. The red tape, bureaucracy, volume of needs, and sheer scope of what's been lost means they need help to get through this.

If you know Josh Lewis, you know that asking for help is genuinely the last fucking thing on earth he wants to do. That's why I'm doing it for him (with his begrudging permission). Hi, I'm Phoebe, and I've known Josh for a little over 10 years. We met at work, and have remained buds ever since. This is a guy who has survived more than most, and built a life that defied all the odds with an awesome partner - including making a home full of love and generosity that they deserve back in spades. Literally anything you can do is deeply & forever appreciated. Obviously not everyone can donate, and that's totally ok! If all you can do is share the link, that's still a gift that won't be forgotten.

As far as other forms of help go, they're safe for the moment, and most immediate needs are being assessed. Obviously this is super overwhelming, so more info will be available via updates. Honestly, when things are calmed down a little, they might just need a friendly face and a fuckin hug.
