My name is Jose, but my friends and family call me Joe. On July 13, 2025, I was diagnosed with b-cell lymphoma. After 1.5 years in remission, my cancer returned in October 2025, and since then, I have been facing one of the toughest challenges of my life. My journey has involved ongoing chemotherapy treatments and, soon, a stem cell transplant. This transplant is a crucial step to help boost my immune system and give me a better chance at fighting this cancer in the future. The process has been overwhelming, both physically and emotionally, but I am doing my best to stay strong and hopeful each day.

As I focus on my health and recovery, the financial strain has become increasingly difficult to manage. The costs of medical deductibles, medication copays, and everyday living expenses are adding up quickly. With my energy and resources directed toward treatment, it has become challenging to keep up with these essential needs.
