I was recently diagnosed with a debilitating neurological disorder called tinnitus or ringing in my ears.
I have been off work for over a month trying to get better and my leave has run out. I need more time to get rid of this so I can go back to work for the state.
I wanted to appeal to my family and friends to help me with either cash or sick leave through the state. My medical bills are adding up and I just need more time.
