It is with broken hearts that we share the devastating news of the loss of our beloved son, Joseph, who was taken from us far too soon due to senseless gun violence in Tennessee. He was only 18 years old.

Joseph had just graduated from high school, full of hope, ambition, and dreams for his future. He was bright, respectful, and kind-hearted — a young man who brought joy to everyone who knew him. His smile lit up every room, and he always found a way to make others feel seen and loved.

We never imagined we’d be planning a funeral for our son just weeks after celebrating one of the proudest moments of his life. This tragedy has left our family emotionally and financially unprepared.
