Many of you know my mother Josephine was recently diagnosed with stage 3/4 colorectal cancer that was declared inoperable. She and my dad have moved here to TN, and are staying with me while we care for her full time. She is very very sick and has required 24 hour care for several months.
On Wednesday night, my moms oxygen dropped dangerously low. She became unresponsive, and I was unable to get her breathing.
She was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where we were told that she may not make it through the night. She was septic, with pneumonia and her organs were shutting down rapidly. There were many risks and our family had to make decisions that I never dreamed we’d have to face.
Mom is now in ICU, where they are doing everything they can to try to save her life.
We are seeing the miracles of God and she is pulling through fantastically.
It is clear that God is all over this situation. He is keeping her alive!
Many of you have asked what you can do. Here is where we most need your help.
1. Pray for a miracle for mom, and our family as we walk through this.
2. Share and help us spread the word!
3. Financial help: There is a HUGE need here, as dad and mom are both unable to work during this time of caring for her.
The medical bills are insane, and many of them are cash pay, as we are desperately seeking effective treatments to remove this tumor and save her life!
