Wilson Sheriff's department raided several game rooms in Floresville and Poth Tx. These were not underground gambling rings. They were out in the open right on the citys main highway. My father is 61 years old, lives with friends since my parents lost their home due to being out of work. He picked up a part time job at the slot machine establishment. The first day he started working there the place was raided and now he has a 3rd degree felony charge against him. They cant afford a lawyer. They dont have retirement money. This man served his country in the Navy and Army and now at 61 years old he is sitting in jail for taking a part time job.
I've been able to get KSAT 12 to cover this story and interview my father from jail, Please help my family get him a lawyer to get him out of this horrible situation.
