Help me start my career!

So for many years (from 2010 until 2016) I suffered from chronic cluster headaches. If you aren't familiar with clusters, let me do a quick summary. It is the most painful condition known to medical science. I finally found a way to make them stop (thankfully!). 

The start of my headaches was right when I was about to finish a degree and that killed that. I dropped out with 9 credit hours to go (plus an internship). 

I'm still very cautious about the headaches returning. In the mean time I would like to get things back on track. 

The first step in that is replacing my broken computer. I have some solid options with my network of people I met through school. They are willing to let me work from home. To do so I need a good and reliable computer. The one I have now gets memory errors and bluescreens a few times a day. That can't happen when trying to get some work done in a work from home position. 

So I'm hoping I can make this work and maybe get a really good high end computer that would last me 5+ years so I can get my life back on track.
