Our Dad sadly, unexpectedly passed away, and was found on Wednesday 5th June in his home. We are obviously still processing what has happened, but are also having to make sure arrangements are in place for his funeral.

No financial arrangements were sorted, and so we are trying to gather funds to help us give him the best possible send off. I know many people loved him and if you are in a position to be able to make a donation no matter the size, it would be greatly appreciated.

Wake Venue: Botwell Catholic Church, Botwell Lane, Hayes UB3 2AB (Immaculate Heart of Mary Church)

Time: From 2:30-9pm

Dress code: as you know dad was obsessed with adidas and so we thought it would be nice if everyone wore at least one adidas clothing/accessory to honour that.

Food/snacks will be provided but please note there is no bar so it is bring your own bottle.
