Joseph Rivera funeral arrangements

Hello everyone. It is with deep sadness and pain to announce that my father Joseph “Petie” Rivera has passed away. He lived a tough life but battled through every obstacle he faced. NYPD for almost 20 years. He was a proud and humble man. The biggest dog lover you could know. A man that would never ask for a hand out… this is an extremely difficult time for us. I humbly ask for donations for his burial and memorial as we set up for his final resting place. Any contribution is greatly appreciated and I can’t thank you all enough . Thank you
