It is with an extremely heavy heart that we share news of Joe Lane's tragic passing.
On the 24th of September, Joe lost his life due to an unexpected medical complication, leaving behind his wife of nearly 8 years, Heather, and their two young children, Ryan (age 6) and Ashley (age 4).
Joe was a proud father, devoted husband, loving brother and son, and loyal friend to many. His warm smile, kind spirit, sly humor and infectious laugh would fill a room. He was truly one-of-a-kind and a gift to all those lucky enough to have known him.
To say he'll be missed immensely is simply not sufficient.
Life is fragile. Hold your loved ones close. Be thankful you have the ability to rally around those you love in times of need. For the Lane family, that time is now.
There is no way to provide for Heather, Ryan and Ashley as Joe would have, but we hope you'll join us in circling our wagons as we grieve the loss of an incredible father, husband and friend.
In memory of Joe, this page has been created by his friends to help mitigate the costs related to his passing and to support the future needs of his family as they navigate the difficult road ahead.
Due to a pre-existing condition, life insurance benefits are very limited and, while we all know Joe was a planner, there was no way to predict or plan for this tragic turn of events. Therefore, we’ve set an aggressive donation goal in hopes we can supplement Ryan and Ashley’s future educational costs.
