Our beloved father Joseph James “Treen” Paratore recently passed away on February 2, 2022 at 2:51 pm due to complications with congestive heart failure. Our dad was a wonderful father “Godfather” who touched the lives of those all around him.
Joseph deeply valued the work he did as a bread salesman for DeIorios Bakery and Freihofers for over 30 years. He also was a dedicated mail delivery driver for Goreas mail service for 10 years.
We as his children are truly devastated by his loss and we are also still grieving over the recent loss of our mother who passed away from cancer a year and four months ago. It truly has been a tragic two years for our family and all we have been through. We are starting a funeral/memorial fundraiser to help cover the cost of his funeral service and for him to be flown back home to New York from North Carolina in which the cost have reached the amount of $15000. We want to give our dad the memorial he deserves, to honor him in his memory and to say our last goodbyes. We are reaching out during this difficult time to family and friends to help with these expenses. Any donations are greatly appreciated and our family thanks each and every one of you who are able to contribute.
