Joseph Gallagher has always put his family, friends,  and community before himself.  His sudden passing is such a tremendous loss to this world.  I know his only concern right now would be for his wife and son to be taken care of at this difficult time. This is our chance as a community to give back to Joseph, who has done so much for so many.
