Joseph C Persaud's Homegoing

Master Chief Joseph Collin Persaud served 30 illustrious years in the United States Navy. Collin began his career in July 1977 at the Naval Recruit Training Command Great Lakes IL. Collin culminated his US Naval career with service at the Naval Recruitment District New York as Command Master Chief. This was truly an honor and accomplishment that he and all the family are extremely proud of. In July 2007, Command Master Chief Joseph Collin Persaud retired at the same command where he initially enlisted in the US Navy thirty years ago!
After retirement from military service Collin continued to serve in the Department of Defense. From 2007 to 2017 he was employed as a Civilian Contracting Officer responsible for overseeing multimillion-dollar supply contracts awarded at the Naval Shipyard in Philadelphia, PA.

Collin has been called home to join his mother Yvonne and brothers 
Frankie, William, Aubrey, and Matthew. He leaves behind his three 
children Joseph, Christopher, and Jeremy Persaud;  his daughter-in-law
Angie, and son-in-law Jon, his grandsons, Jojo, Liam, and Jedi; his siblings,
Cheryl, Desiree, Sandra, and Diana; his nieces, nephews, cousins, and 
Navy family
