Hello, my name is Joselyn Romero, and I’m 32 years old. I’ve been on a long journey towards living as my authentic self, and I started my transition in 2022. For years, I’ve been waiting for gender-affirming care and treatment, and I’m now finally reaching a pivotal moment in my transition, getting top surgery. This surgery is something I’ve dreamed of for nearly a decade, and I am so close to making it a reality.
