Support the Family of Joselyn Guadalupe Garcia

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Baruch alumna, Joselyn Guadalupe Garcia (Class of 2025). Joselyn, a freshman at Cornell University studying Biological Sciences, left us far too soon on Friday, September 19th.

Joselyn embodied everything it means to be a Baruchian—she was a humble leader, an honors student, and a kind friend. She led our Tech Team, served on the Executive Board of the BLSU, worked in Student Government, represented Baruch as an Ambassador, acted as Yearbook Editor-in-Chief, played on the Varsity Soccer team, earned a Seal of Biliteracy, and always found time to lend a smile and a helping hand.

In the wake of this heartbreaking loss, we are rallying together as a community to support Joselyn’s family. Donations made here will go directly toward providing comfort to her loved ones during this unimaginably difficult time and for future scholarship funds for her siblings.
