On Monday, November 22, 2021, our adored and beloved Josefina Toro de Andrade, mother, grandmother and dear great-grandmother leaving this world and is now in eternal rest with our father God after a tragic accident caused by a person irresponsible who drove at high speed and from what was reported was intoxicated.
