Mi nombre es José Félix Moros Velázquez, conocido entre mis amistades y familia como Josef , he trabajado con mucho cariño y dedicación en mi área laboral de cuidado y asesoramiento de imagen, buscando siempre proporcionar bienestar y alegría a mis clientes.

Me gusta disfrutar de la naturaleza y el arte. Me he caracterizado por ayudar a muchas personas, sobre todo las mas vulnerables.

Un diagnóstico que cambio mi vida:

Por meses tuve síntomas gastrointestinales que algunos médicos no lograron determinar el origen. Pero recientemente me diagnosticaron con cáncer de colon ( carcinoma de células escamosas en colon ), que me ha producido un gran desgaste físico y emocional, con gran pérdida de peso y debilidad general. Un diagnóstico que impacta, te llena de temor y mucha inquietud.

Enfrentando el diagnóstico de cáncer:

Me llene de preocupación e incertidumbre sobre todo lo que tenía que hacer y seguí trabajando unos días a pesar del dolor físico, pero con eso no podía resolver todo lo que se necesita.

Me llené de mucha fé, esperanza y ganas de vivir, haciendo esfuerzos para ganar la lucha contra el cáncer. Pero el tratamiento de quimioterapia y radioterapia 3DRT debe hacerse en conjunto lo más rápido posible, y por recomendación médica hacerlo en centros de salud privados, ya que hay buen pronóstico ante el tratamiento cuando se inicia lo más rápido posible; sin embargo, en hospitales públicos no tienen el tipo especifico de radioterapia y para la quimioterapia hay que entrar en lista de espera.

Por esto recurro a la empatía y generosidad para recibir la ayuda económica que necesito, ya que este tratamiento debe abordarse con prontitud, pues ya estoy con mucho dolor, pérdida de peso y debilitamiento general, que me quita calidad de vida y no puedo trabajar por ahora para cubrir gastos necesarios de alimentación especial para paciente oncológico, además de diferentes medicamentos.

En este proceso será necesario realizar otras tomografías, resonancias, colonoscopia y otros exámenes de laboratorio para el seguimiento, los cuales como señale no los brindan nuestros hospitales.

A diagnosis that changed my life:

A diagnosis that shocks, fills you with fear and a lot of concern.

I was filled with worry and uncertainty about everything I had to do and I continued working for a few days despite the physical pain, but with that I couldn't solve everything that was needed. I was filled with a lot of faith, hope and desire to live, making efforts to win the fight against cancer. But the chemotherapy and 3DRT radiotherapy treatment should be done together as quickly as possible, and by medical recommendation do it in private health centers, since there is a good prognosis for the treatment when it is started as quickly as possible; However, In public hospitals they do not have the specific type of radiotherapy and for chemotherapy you have to get on a waiting list.

For this reason, I resort to empathy and generosity to receive the financial help I need, since this treatment must be addressed promptly, since I am already in a lot of pain, weight loss and general weakness, which takes away my quality of life and I cannot work for now to cover the necessary expenses for special food for a cancer patient, in addition to different medications.

In this process it will be necessary to perform other CT scans, MRIs, colonoscopy and other laboratory tests for follow-up, which, as noted, are not provided by our hospitals.
