Jose Villanueva & His Family

Aloha Mai Kakou,

We all know Jose to be this happy-go-lucky ball of positivity with his encouraging words and infectious smile. Its hard not to be in a good mood when he is around. With his weekly messages to friends and family, he's always thinking of ways to encourage and upbuild others. He is such a hard worker, most times starting before the sun rises, and works till after it sets. And yet, still finds the time to put his beautiful family first. And that's why it hurts us when we see this wonderful friend of ours go though such an unforeseen tragedy.

Last week, Jose's wife went into premature labor, which resulted in an emergency cesarean section. Unfortunately, due to medical complications, his beautiful wife passed away on Christmas day and his newborn son remains in critical condition. Jose also has four other children at home ranging from ages 5-13.

Jose is a very private person, and when our work 'ohana was coming up with ways to help him and his family, all Jose asked for was prayers and encouraging words. He is such an angel and we want to do more and show him and his family how much he means to us. With the unexpected funeral bill, the mounting medical bills, and his time away from work to focus on his 'ohana, we created this GoFundMe to show him we love him and shower him with Aloha.
