Hi, my name is Alejandra Palacios , my family and I are funding do to my father passing away recently on August 16,2023 do to liver cancer.

My father was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer on October 6, 2022 with in a month it transfer to the bone, he was treated with chemo therapy and finish with his first session he also had radiation at that time he was very tired and overwhelmed with a lot of pain, doctors didn’t understand the reason why he’s pains was increasing because for them chemo and radiation was helping. When my family and I where still struggling with his pain seeing him laying in bed with no strength, not wanting to eat, at times he was not getting no sleep do to so much pain he had and my mom next to him side by side felling he’s pain not being able to do something him to make him comfortable.

on August 2, 2023 we were scheduled for a chemo therapy session and as we walk in to the room the doctor so him how he look and how much in pain he was and said to take him to the ER, we get to the ER and he had test done told us he had a infection in his lungs, fluid in his stomach and the cancer had spread to his brain and lungs, at that point they only gave us 2 options to have him suffering with making all this test on him and us knowing that there’s nothing to do or put him on hospice to make his last days countable, we as a family made a hard decision to put him on hospice with the heaviness of our hart .

My father unfortunately lost the battle with cancer on August 16, 2023 at 11:40 pm next to he’s children and wife.

He left behind he’s wife of 45 yrs of marriage, his 4 children and grandchildren to miss him, he will be always in our hart.
