Dear Colleagues, Family & Friends, as many of you may know our dear, wonderful friend Jose Contreras (known by most simply as "Papi") is currently fighting a desperate battle against COVID-19.
Papi and his family need our prayers and support now more than ever. This GoFundMe page has been established to assist his family with medical costs as they remain by his side at the hospital in Honduras.
His condition is very serious at this time and his family and friends are praying for a miracle. Obtaining proper and quality medical care at this time in Honduras is extremely difficult and to make the situation more challenging, the use of equipment (such as ventilators) is only given to patients who can pay USD cash for daily use. At this time David (his son) reports that his daily medical expenses is approximately $4,000
