Hi my name is Jose Israel Hernandez I'm from Corpus Christi, TX. This is my first time ever doing this and I thought I'd give it a try. I live in a home with my elderly mother and my two dogs Layla and Velma. I work a full-time job to support myself and to help out my mother. When I am not working I enjoy going out running and exercising and on the weekends I attended church with my congregation. I can say I have a simple life, a balanced life well at least I try to make it one.
Over a year ago I started developing a bump on my stomach which is right above my belly button. I never paid it any attention because it never gave me any pain so I left it alone just until recently. I've noticed that I was getting abdominal pain a lot of nausea and frequent heartburn. One of those days I went to work while I had the abdominal pain because I cannot afford to miss work and I stuck it out. As soon as I left work I went straight to the emergency room where the doctors told me that I had a hernia. I don't have Medicare or Medicaid to help pay for my surgery so I had to pay for it out of pocket. I was tired of living with a constant pain on my stomach and the nausea everyday.
On Tuesday June 3rd is when I had my surgery done. The instructions that were given to me is to be out of work until June 20th when the doctor will clear me. I told the receptionist I cannot afford to be out that long because I have bills to pay and make a living a living. So thankfully they released me to go back to work June 7th but with limitations. I basically missed an entire week of work which is an entire paycheck. These $600 will go a long way to help out with things I need such as rent, dog food, everyday necessities etc... if you please find it in your heart to donate I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm not asking for a handout I'm asking for help up because I do have a job but right now due to medical reasons I cannot work so I am missing out. If you'd like to donate please send to $JoeIsrael9 or please contact me directly. Thank you and God bless you Shalom!
