José Luis Immigration

Jose Luis Benítez moved to the U.S in 1995 when he was only 19 years old seeking for a better life from Michoacán, MX. He is a hardworking, loving and amazing father as well who belongs with his family.
José is married with my mother, Jennifer Pena, U.S Citizen for 9 years now. Knowing each other for 11 years and have a son, Luis Ángel Benitez, 9 years old. 

Jose was taken to ( ICE ) Immigration Detention on October 2, 2020. Every illegal immigrants worst nightmare. Now knowing when the next time we would see him. It’s the most terrifying moment of my life.
It been really difficult for my family especially my little brother asking for his dad and the only thing we can tell him is he will be home soon. 

Jose maintained the family and since he been in detention we been selling plates but it’s not enough. 

We pending on a lawyer, have quoted at a minimum of $15,000.
We was raised to never ask for help. But during this time we full terror for our family to be separated.
