Jose Luis Cortes was a loving husband and father. 
On April 23, 2021, at the young age of 51, Jose Luis suffered a heart attack and was taken too soon. This was all so sudden for my family and I. My father was an amazing man who impacted the lives around him with a gentle heart and a smile to make anyone feel welcomed. With his outgoing personality and ability to spark a conversation with just about everyone and anyone his loss will be a substantial loss to everyone he knew. What we will miss the most however is his wonderful personality, goofy jokes, and unlimited drive to make our family happy and safe.  I wish I could go on and on how amazing he was but if you ever got to meet him you would know how tragic this is. With his passing now comes an uncertainty of how we will fit his role in maintaining our living expenses and funeral costs. We are hoping enough people can help us out so that we may provide him a funeral ceremony and pay our bills/rent just until we can get up on our feet after this tragic loss that we have experienced.
