Jose Luis Barragan Ponce; beloved husband father and grandfather.
January 15,1969- February 21,2024

As many of you knew my father has been battling with chronic liver disease. Recently been hospitalized every so often to it coming down to every week it seemed. He fought very hard and it hurt to see him in such pain every single day. Yesterday(February 21,2024) was a very hard day for all of our family. Being able to be there for him till he took his last breath to being able to say our goodbyes; it saddens us to have such a big loss in our lives but our hearts are happy that our father is no longer in pain.
Due the the illness my father also was not employed and him applying for Social security benefits and being denied; it was a struggle. We ask that family and friends; our community if we can all gather and help out with anything possible. A share. We wish to give my father a funeral he deserves. We love and appreciate you all

“In the hearts of those who loved you, you will always be there.” “As you were you will always be, treasured forever in our memory.” “I keep in my heart the love of the past, for there it was planted forever to last.” “Your presence I miss, your memory I treasure, loving you always, forgetting you never.”
