Hi, my name is Enrique and I’m creating this fundraiser to help Jose Eduarte’s family with expenses while he is hospitalized awaiting a heart transplant. Jose served with the Miami-Dade Police Department and honorably retired just 3 years ago. He was recently diagnosed with a serious heart condition that will require a heart transplant. Jose’s wife Vivian is vigilantly at his bedside and needs assistance with their 3 daughters. The youngest is still in high school and the 2 older sisters have jumped into action, helping with the daily chores. The funds will be extremely helpful for daily necessities and will relieve a tremendous burden for Vivian and the girls.
