Hello everyone,

It's Ely, the youngest daughter of Jose Cardona. My father was our best friend and our hero. Unfortunately, my father went into cardiac arrest Sunday night and did not make it. This has been devastating for our family because he was the best dad in the world. He always taught us to be kind and loving to people no matter what. My dad always put others before him and I am so blessed to have had a dad to show me what a big loving heart looks like. He was a lover of cars, food, and the great outdoors. I know God is with him and filling him up with peace and love in his new home in heaven.

My dad was loved by many. Not only was he my father, but he just became a grandfather, he is a friend, a partner, and a brother. We want to be able to celebrate his life like he wished. It saddens me that through all of this, the cost to celebrate his life is costly. If you or anyone you know can help in any way possible, it would make the biggest difference for my family to cover the cost of funeral expenses.

Please feel free to wear his favorite color yellow or the Puerto Rican flag colors. 

Flowers can be sent to Palms West funeral home in Royal Palm Beach, FL and they will bring the flowers to the church the day of service. Flowers name should be placed under Jose Cardona.
