Jose Cardo Park Bench

Jose Cardo passed away May 14, 2019, long time resident of Anchorage.   Municipality of Anchorage wants to put a park bench with a plaque honoring Jose Cardo contribution to Soccer in Alaska and being a good Samaritan to the Alaska community.   Municipality believes that it will take approximately $5k to put bench and plaque at the Park Strip to memorialize him,  Any funds if over the amount will be donated to the youth soccer community
