Jose Vasquez

This man has done charity for several hundred events and now he is in need of help. Doctors screwed up on his medical procedure now @ 42years young  he will be on dialysis for the rest of his life. Due to this medical procedure he was in the hospital for 16 days he is the main supporter for his family and is unable to work. He and his family can really use the help if you feel in your heart to help please donate to my good friend Jose. He may never be able to work again.
PS...He is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet.
