In Loving Memory of Jose Almonte

We are truly heartbroken by the sudden loss of our beloved Jose Agapito Almonte, a young and healthy 55 year old with yet an entire life to live. He lost his battle just two weeks after being admitted into the hospital fighting the COVID-19 virus.  We lost a father, a husband, an uncle, a son, a brother; the life of the party and the heart of the Almonte family. He was a ray of sunshine, who lit up every room he walked into, danced the night away at every party and worked tirelessly to provide to the church and his family.

His energy was contagious and it was truly impossible not to laugh or smile when he was around. His extensive Dominican vocabulary could probably fill up an entire dictionary. From classic sayings like "Dengggg" (Damn), "Leon Afeitao," (shaved lion), to the iconic "Solongaaaa" (So Long), we will continue to use these phrases in his honor forever.

Please join me in helping to raise funds to alleviate some of the financial burdens that come with burial arrangements. We thank you in advance for any contribution you can make.

We are beyond grateful to you for keeping him and our family in your thoughts and prayers. We will continue to pray for anyone affected by this awful virus along with the safety and well being of the world.

With love,

Almonte Family

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bendiciones.

Familia Almonte
