We are writing to share with you that Our Beloved Jose Alfredo suffered a heart attack that on ………….. he has since had surgery and is at home recovering. Thank God. Because of his current health condition, he is unable to work and is required to be on medication and under cardiologist supervison for an open-ended period

Of Time. Between the medical expenses and ongoing care, we unable to financially meet all his required medical necessities.
