Hi, my name is Juan and I am fundraising for the family of Jose Alfredo Alonzo.

Alfredo Alonzo passed away in the afternoon of January 30, 2024 alongside his family. Alfredo Alonzo has been battling cancer for two years, and recently had been struggling with with his health. Alfredo has been staying permanently the last couple of months in Texas and been under the care of his loving sister and their family.

His two sons, daughter would go and visit and help care for him while in Texas, along with his wife. These past couple of weeks, he sharply declined having to be hospital bound and on life support. Sadly everyone’s favorite father, uncle, friend, soccer extraordinaire has left us. However, we all have lasting memories with him that we can cherish forever.

This GoFundMe has been created in efforts to assist his family in the funeral and what is to come after. Several weeks were spent by his wife and sons, daughter away from work tending to him in Texas during these times. Plans are to bring him back to GA from TX where he will be buried.
